Product Installation Instructions
15 and 18 inch Rod Tie Down Installation Instructions

Use one 8x3/4" self tapping stainless screw to mount the rod bungee to the boat deck. Do not over tighten this screw!! After attaching the rod strap to the boat, use the remaining self tapping screws to mount the pad eye to the boat deck. The pad eye should be mounted approximately 15 inches from the opposite end of the tie down (Pad eye should be installed 18 inches from the opposite end of tie down for the 18 inch version). This will allow 5 (7 to 8 for 18 inch tie down) rods to be strapped on each side of the boat.

A drill and phillips head bit are needed for installation

Graph Wrap Installation Instructions
Simply take the wrap and hold it in both hands. Twist the straps so they are crossed in the middle and wrap around your graph and suncover. Put the ends of the straps over the graph adjustment knobs on both sides. Tighten the straps for a snug fit using the attached spring loaded adjustable cord locks. Refer to the pictures on the website to be sure you have them installed properly.

Skeeter Bass Boat Rod Tie Down Replacement Instructions
Locate the front Tie Down grommet on the gunnel of your boat and the pad eye grommet located in the rod locker. The pad eye in the rod locker will be located on the upper wall close to the outside of the boat. You will need to feel for it by hand or lay on the front deck to look in the rod locker. Once the pad eye grommet in your rod locker is located you can cut the original bungee and pull it through the grommet on the front deck.
Remove your new GF Outdoors Tie Downs from the package. Remove the block toggle and rope lock from the end of the Tie Down. ( Pay attention to the way the rope lock is threaded on) DO NOT SHORTEN OR CUT THE TIE DOWN!!!
After removing the toggle, slide the end without the hook through the tie down grommet located on the gunnel of the front deck. See Below:
After threading the Tie Down through the hull grommet, you will need to reach your arm into the front of the rod/storage locker to pull the tie down towards the Pad Eye Grommet located in your rod locker.
Thread the end of the Tie Down through the Pad Eye grommet located in the rod/storage locker. Pull the Tie Down until the hook end of Tie Down is pulled into the grommet located on the front deck.
Slide the block toggle back onto the end of the Tie Down and snug it up against the Pad Eye grommet located in the rod/storage locker. Make sure the hook end of the Tie Down is pulled into the Deck Grommet but make sure it is not to tight. The bungee needs just enough tension on it to make the hook end retract into the Deck Grommet.
After the proper tension is acquired, you can then thread on the rope lock. Thread back and forth through the rope lock and slide it tightly against the toggle to ensure the Tie Down does not slip.
Test to be sure the Tie Down pulls out smoothly and attaches to the pad eye located on your deck without too much tension. When removed it should return back into the retracted position. If the Tie Down is too tight you may need to slightly loosen the toggle and rope lock to provide more stretch. Release the tie down slowly to avoid breaking the end hook!!
If everything fits properly, repeat all the steps for the installation of the 2nd Tie Down!!
